The best available technology should belong to everyone who needs it, not just everyone who can afford it.

We build serious software for a living. Some of it we give away. Every year the team takes on a small number of projects for charities, community groups, and people who have nowhere affordable to turn, and we build them to the same standard as everything else we ship.
